These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and travel experience with Ravi G Tours and Travels. By using our services, you agree to the rules mentioned below.
A photocopy or soft copy of a valid Government ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport) must be submitted before the trip starts.
One day = Calendar day (12:00 AM to 11:59 PM).
Package prices include Parking, Toll, Interstate Permit, and Check-post taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
AC will not be operated during:
Driver food and accommodation charges apply for outstation trips.
Night driving (10 PM – 6 AM) is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Sightseeing locations in packages will be covered only during daytime (before 8 PM).
After 8 PM, the guest may take the vehicle only for dinner and must return before 10 PM.
